Christmas Tree Hunting

Teagan and cousin Asa shopping for a Christmas tree in the mountains.
Taycee making snow angels. She laid down and started doing them all by her self.
Taycee found a tree just her size. But decided to give it longer to grow and get bigger.

We buy a tree permit for $10.00 every year right after Halloween and then go up by Strawberry Reservoir in the mountains to cut our tree. Sometimes there is more snow then other years. I like it when there is less. I'm all about the sun tan instead of the frost bite.

Update

I'm handicapped in the blogging area! So you can thank Neisha for helping me up date after months. I some day will be a specialist. Maybe in about 10 years. I will try and do better but no promises. We are all alive. Excited for spring or no more snow. Joe is on vacation until more work comes. We are looking to down size on house and money. Excited for green grass.

Miss Sissy Swimsuit

Miss Taycee Ludwig in her favorite outfit. She always knows where to find this one. She can wear this in winter spring summer or fall. The day she grows out of this will be a sad day for her. She calls it her swimming soup and my boots.

Sleeping and poop

Taycee likes to fall asleep in funny places. Sometimes she goes off to poop by her self and ends up falling asleep stinky.

Rennen is 5

Rennen is 5 years old as of January 24. He is so entertaining. Always saying crazy funny things. I took him out to the car early from church. I told him that he needed to practice being reverent because he was being naughty. He says to me. "Well who cares? Because Santa already came! " This is personality every day. He wrinkles his nose up and bats his eyes at me. He is a really good at telling me when little sister has poop. He has a really good sniffer. He is always amazing us. He is not afraid of the dark and he can stand his own with his individualality. Is that a word?

Dogpile

The Ludwig version of a dogpile. Doesn't it look like they are having fun?

Happy New Year! Lets see if I can get this right. We had a great Christmas. Taycee was the funnest to watch. She had the best time with this new experience that she could enjoy. Cardon kept doing a funny fashion show with his new clothes. Dancing around like I'm cool like that. I'm cool like that. Rennen and Teagan just opened presents as fast as they could. It was a race. So enjoyable.

Gingerbread houses at the Ludwig Cafe.

Getting started. Plenty of goodies to go on the Gingerbread houses and enough to snack on days after. Kind of like Halloween!

Four good looking houses. Made by the pro's Chef Cardon, Chef Teagan, Chef Rennen, and Chef Taycee!

Daddy Joe and Taycee Building their house of bricks. This one will last after the snow storm.

Three happy smiling kids.. Must be something in the candy. Maybe SUGAR or something.
Ta ! Da! All done as Taycee would say.

The Dyer Family Christmas Party

Dyer Family Christmas Party

The Christmas party is always so much fun! I think that my favorite part is the food. I love to have some of this and that that every one makes. Dessert and all. Santa always has funny jokes to tell. Little kids playing with all of their cousins and having fun with each other. Mom Dyer or should I say Beebe now was such a sight to see. Don't you think? Have you every seen such a young buck? Well maiden or what do you call it? Lady in LOVE! Giddy Giddy Giddy Up! Is all I can say. It was great she is really enjoying her self. Love ya mom. Gone forever and ever. Good thing I know how to cook. So the party was so fun all 8 kids were there. That is really saying something. I am learning the roads of this blog thing. I think it is going to be a long road. Good thing I have a good teacher. Merry Christmas. It is coming soon.

Halloween 2008!

HaPPy HaLLoWeen! We went trunk or treating so fast and fun for the kids. Then we went to Lorrie and Cori's for soup and donuts. Tradition for years and easy on me. Then off to Grandpas. Then to Neishas. We drove more then usual. Rennen changed his costume 4 times. I told him that he had to be the one we bought to go trick or treating in. Because who wants to spend money and not have it put to good use right. Taycee was a Pirate girl, Rennen a knight, Teagan a transformer, Cardon a mime, and me a BUzzzzzzzy Bee! Well maybe a wasp or I think a jail bird that got into the yellow instead of white paint. Anyways I always have fun coming up with something at the last minute just to have fun with the kids. I borrowed Rennens costume but I had to alter it a wee bit in the sides. I had to do some width adjustments. Our sizes are not one size fits all. So enjoy the pictures as I am learning. I sure am. Happy Day to you all!
